General Terms and Conditions for Promotions on LAZOYDUQUE.COM

These general promotional conditions apply to each and every promotion published on LAZOYDUQUE.COM as well as to the brands and items available in its Online Store.

Likewise, all specific rules, instructions, and requirements governing a particular promotion form an integral part of these general conditions. In the event of any conflict between general and specific promotional terms, the specific conditions of each individual offer and brand shall prevail.

For prize draws and giveaways, the General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Prize Draws and Competitions shall apply.

The general terms of use of the LAZOYDUQUE.COM website, including published terms of use and the Privacy Policy, also apply to Promotions.

LAZOYDUQUE.COM reserves the right to amend the conditions of its promotions (as well as any website terms of use) at its sole discretion, which will be published on the website.

Promotion

A "Promotion" is understood as the entitlement to a discount (up to the amount specified for each promotion) on the purchase price of an order that meets the published criteria for that promotion. Said discount may apply to the product subtotal and/or shipping charges as specified in each offer.

Promotions are valid exclusively on the LAZOYDUQUE.COM website and for orders meeting the conditions of each promotion.

Promotions are subject to availability. Specifically, LAZOYDUQUE.COM reserves the right to cancel a Promotion and reject the redemption of a promotional code when the aggregate value of redeemed codes exceeds a predetermined threshold. Please refer to the specific rules of each promotion for applicable limits.

Promotions do not grant an entitlement to complete an individual order.

How to Benefit from Promotions

You may only benefit from a Promotion on an order that fulfills all eligibility requirements, placed through LAZOYDUQUE.COM, by entering the corresponding promotional code in the shopping cart prior to checkout.

You can only benefit from a Promotion if you are registered as a user or subscriber on this website.

Promotions can only be redeemed at the exact time of placing an order that complies with the promotion’s conditions. Under no circumstances can promotions be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.

Promotions cannot be combined on the same order. A Promotional Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupon.

To take advantage of a Promotion, you must enter your Code at the designated step of the online checkout process for an eligible order.

Promotions carry no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or in-kind benefits (such as gift cards).

Any remaining or unused discount balance after applying a Promotion cannot be transferred, retained, or refunded.

Promotions are only valid during the specified promotional period, on the stated dates, and for the designated products. Promotions may be capped at a maximum number of discounts, coupons, or promotional codes.

Where a Promotion is subject to a minimum spend threshold or specific product categories, this will be communicated when the Promotional Code is issued.

When a minimum order amount is required, shipping costs are excluded from this threshold.

When a Promotion is sent via email, the Promotional Code is strictly non-transferable, and the email address used for the order must match the email address to which the Promotion was originally sent.

Cancellation, Exchange, and Adjustment of Discounted Orders

In the case of an order placed with a promotional discount:

If you cancel an order, you will not be entitled to a cash refund of the discount value or to the re-issuance of the Promotion; each promotion is deemed consumed once you confirm your purchase.

In the event of a return and refund, you will only be refunded the net amount actually paid for the purchase; under no circumstances will the value of the promotional discount be refunded in whole or in part.

If you modify an order, you will not be entitled to a refund of the discount or a reissuance of the Promotion; if the order is maintained and the only modifications involve adding further products, the discount value will remain applied. If, following order modifications, the order no longer meets the promotional requirements, the discount will be removed.

Rejection and Cancellation

LAZOYDUQUE.COM reserves the right to cancel a Promotion or reject the redemption of a promotional code if it reasonably determines that the Promotion is being used unlawfully, abusively, or fraudulently. Fraudulent, abusive, or improper use includes, but is not limited to, purchases made by the same person (natural or legal entity) through multiple user accounts to redeem the same promotion more than once.

If LAZOYDUQUE.COM rejects a promotional discount submitted as part of an order for any reason, it will notify the customer of the correct order amount before processing payment, allowing the customer the option not to proceed with the order.

Limitation of Liability

LAZOYDUQUE.COM accepts no liability whatsoever toward a customer for financial losses arising from the rejection, cancellation, or withdrawal of a Promotion by a brand, nor for a customer's inability or failure to redeem a Promotion for any reason.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising in connection with Promotions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

By participating in this Promotion, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Promoter's failure to enforce any term or condition herein shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Promotion cannot run as planned, or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised due to fraud, technical failures, administrative errors, or any other cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual involved and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter and associated entities shall have no liability toward any Participant disqualified as a result of a promotional review.
